PUR FLO 5W30 is blended from selected and highly refined base oils compounded to provide protection against wear and corrosion, prevent oxidative thickening and inhibit promotion of engine acids, sludge and varnish deposits. PUR FLO 5W30 may be used over a wide temperature range. It also permits easier cold weather starting and helps minimize engine friction at start-up. Recommended for all major automotive gasoline and diesel engines, including those equipped with superchargers, used in passenger cars, light trucks, powerboats, motorcycles and other mobile and stationary equipment. Meets API Service Category SL, SJ, complies with ILSAC GF-3 requirements and is rated energy conserving EC. PUR FLO 15W40 CJ-4 Motor Oil – CJ-4 represents the highest level of engine protection and performance ever built into a new lubricant specification. It was designed for all diesel engine applications, including today’s emission controlled engines with EGR and diesel particulate filters using Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel fuel (<15 PPM Sulfur) (ULSD) and Low Sulfur Diesel (LSD). It is formulated to provide improved wear protection, deposit and oil consumption control, soot-related viscosity control, prevention of viscosity loss from shearing, used oil low-temperature pumpability and protection from thermal and oxidative breakdown.
